Dr. Plumber is a plumber who first appears in the episode "The Drooling Fool."
Description
Dr. Plumber is an overweight male fish with gray hair. He wears a blue shirt, gray gloves and pants, and a blue hat with a toilet logo on it. He also wears glasses and a stethoscope.

"The Drooling Fool"
The family see an ad for Dr. Plumber, and Bunny decides to call him, since he was Tinkle's pediatrician. He arrives in time to prevent the Stars from being attacked by Tinkle. He cures Tinkle by squeezing his brain, and Squidina asks him to fix Patrick's drooling problem. Dr. Plumber unclogs Patrick's mouth, but that only makes his drooling worse. He leaves, giving Squidina a urinal cake like he did with Tinkle.
"10 & 1 Toilets"
Bunny tells Patrick to call Dr. Plumber after Tinkle is unusually angry and runs into a shed. He arrives, goes into the shed, and comes out explaining that Tinkle gave birth to puppies. He tells them the puppies are teething and walks away, as most of his body has been eaten through.
