Administrator Flotsam is an administrator for the Bikini Bottom Hospital. He is green and he wears a suit. He is associated with Actor as Doctor and Dr. Forrest. He appears in The Lost Mattress, telling the Actor to move Mr. Krabs off of the sidewalk, while he is in his "cash comma". He was not seen in the series again so far, and it is not known if he will appear again. He is voiced by Rodger Bumpass.
