Administrator Flotsam [1] is an administrator fish for the Bikini Bottom Hospital.
Description
Flotsam is a pale turquoise fish with dark turquoise lips. He wears a light gray suit with a light-red tie and a pair of black shoes.
History
He appears in "The Lost Mattress," telling the Actor to move Mr. Krabs off of the sidewalk, while he is in the "cash coma." He also makes a cameo in one of the mini-games in SpongeBob SquigglePants.
