Administrator Flotsam[1] is an administrator fish for the Bikini Bottom Hospital.
Description
Flotsam is a pale turquoise fish with dark turquoise lips. He wears a light gray suit with a light red tie and a pair of black shoes.
History

He appears telling the Actor to move Mr. Krabs off of the sidewalk, while he is in his "cash coma".
