Administrator Flotsam[1] is an administrator fish for the Bikini Bottom Hospital.

Description

Flotsam is a pale turquoise fish with dark turquoise lips. He wears a light gray suit with a light red tie and a pair of black shoes.

History

The Lost Mattress

He appears telling the Actor to move Mr. Krabs off of the sidewalk, while he is in his "cash coma."

SpongeBob SquigglePants

He also makes a cameo in one of the mini-games.

  • Administrator Flotsam is named after the maritime term "flotsam and jetsam." Flotsam is the cargo and parts of a ship that float in the sea after a wreck, while jetsam is anything thrown overboard during distress that either sinks or washes ashore.
