Administrator Flotsam[1] is an administrator fish for the Bikini Bottom Hospital who first appears in the episode "The Lost Mattress."
Description
He is a pale turquoise fish with dark turquoise lips. He wears a light gray suit with a red tie and a pair of black shoes. As of "The Ballad of Filthy Muck," he now wears a small gray hat with a black ribbon on it.

He appears telling the actor to move Template:Data:Links off of the sidewalk, while he is in his "cash coma."
SpongeBob SquigglePants
He makes a cameo in the nanogame Three to Go, where he is one of the customers who Template:Data:Links needs to serve.
