Administrator FlotsamTemplate:Data:References is an administrator fish for the Bikini Bottom Hospital who first appears in the episode "The Lost Mattress."
Description
He is a pale turquoise fish with dark turquoise lips. He wears a light gray suit with a red tie and a pair of black shoes. As of "The Ballad of Filthy Muck," he now wears a small gray fedora with a black ribbon on it. In "Burst Your Bubble," he is olive green, and he wears a red shirt and teal pants.
Role in series
"The Lost Mattress"
He appears telling the actor to move Template:Data:Links off of the sidewalk, while he is in his "cash coma." This causes the nurse to push Mr. Krabs off the hill (which probably wasn't what Administrator Flotsam meant).
SpongeBob SquigglePants
He makes a cameo in the nanogame Three to Go, where he is one of the customers who Template:Data:Links needs to serve.
"Burst Your Bubble"
He is one of the many Bikini Bottomites wanting and receiving Bubble boats.

He once again appears in the Krusty Krab bathroom, where he gets dunked into the toilet by the Dirty Bubble.

- Administrator Flotsam is named after the maritime term "flotsam and jetsam;" flotsam is the cargo and parts of a ship that float in the sea after a wreck.
- He is known to constantly be in the Krusty Krab bathroom in his most recent appearances.
