Incidental 81A is an incidental character who appears in the episode "Mermaid Man and Barnacle Boy III" and the book Comic Number 10. He is an alternate model of Incidental 81 and is likely classified as an elderly-type incidental.

He is a dark beige elderly fish with a gray beard, peach liver spots, and a few hair strands on the top of his head. He wears a purple hospital gown.

Incidentals 81A, 81B, and 81C's models show to be absent from the original incidental model sheet (Note: the label that would claim them to be "non-existent" is missing due to them being alternate models of Incidental 81).

Incidental 81A has made only one episode appearance so far, as well as a book appearance that was based on the one episode he appeared in.
