Dusty,Template:Data:References also known as Incidental 81A,[1] is an incidental character who first appears in the episode "Mermaid Man and Barnacle Boy III." He is an alternate model of Incidental 81 and is likely classified as an elderly-type incidental.

He is a dark beige elderly fish with a gray beard, peach liver spots, and a few hair strands on the top of his head. He wears a purple hospital gown.

Incidentals 81A, 81B, and 81C's models show to be absent from the original incidental model sheet (Note: the label that would claim them to be "non-existent" is missing due to them being alternate models of Incidental 81).

Dusty has made only three episode appearances so far, as well as a book appearance that was based on the first episode he appeared in.

He is the owner of a tattoo parlor, giving Bunny her tattoo. When Patrick is frightened by getting his own, he offers him a stick-on tattoo instead.
