Description
The bubble kid's body is thicker and shorter than most of the other bubble people, and he also wears a small propeller cap.
Role in episode
He eagerly awaits the bubble mayor to cut the ribbon and open an elementary school, only to be accidentally killed by Template:Data:Links while slipping on bubble liquid.
He appears again in the end of the episode when Template:Data:Links pops the Bubbly Krab.
