In "Have You Seen This Snail?", the place is seen as an eatery in Bass Vegas. In "What Ever Happened To SpongeBob?", Patrick, as dimwitted as he is, picked up Shubie, thinking she was SpongeBob after he, Squidward, and Sandy saw an article in the New Kelp Times. It is apparently, pretty close to New Kelp City.
