Synopsis
Johnny Elaine starts the short by saying, "Attention! SpongeBob needs your help to protect all others!" Then, the short starts giving some simple ways that SpongeBob and the viewer can save the big blue, including shortening the shower time and turning off the faucet when the viewer brushes their teeth.

- Stock footage is used from the episodes "Scaredy Pants," "Dumped," "Pressure," "Best Day Ever," and "Picture Day."
- In addition, this is the first short to use clips from episodes.
- The short was made for Nickelodeon's educational project The Big Green Help.
- The website (http://www.nick.com/biggreenhelp) mentioned in the outro does not exist anymore because the educational project ended in 2009. The link is now a redirect to the main Nickelodeon website.
