Executive Dance Mistress is a judge seen in the episode, "I ♥ Dancing." She offered SpongeBob a contract to be in her Dance Studio, performing onstage in a live performance at the Recreation Center. Squidward ended up taking her offer, after torturing SpongeBob, only to end up in Squilliam Fancyson's Orchestra. Though she seems quite nice in public, in auditions, she is a tough-fisted judge that tells people off with an iron fist, even if they only made one tiny mistake.
