Incidental F17[1] is a “F” incidental who first appears in the episode "Culture Shock."
Description
He is a light teal fish with a tealish-green dorsal fin. He wears a black suit and pants over a white dress shirt with a magenta bow tie. In his older appearances, his suit and pants were blue and his bow tie was black. His entire suit was also worn underneath his arms rather than being long sleeved.
