He is a light teal fish with a tealish-green dorsal fin. He wears a blue suit over a white dress shirt with a black bow tie with matching blue pants that appear to be conjoined to the suit. In a majority of his few appearances, he has been shown to wear a long sleeved black colored suit instead of his normal blue suit, although this variant has never been considered to be a normal variant for him.

Eugene

He is a 3D video game model of Incidental F17 that has pimples, pink lips, and braces. He wears very large glasses, a dark purple collared shirt over a white undershirt, a bright orange apron, and dark teal shorts.

Incidental F17 has made a few appearances throughout the series like most "F" incidentals. Though he has made a decent number of notable and speaking roles in the series. He is usually seen at fancy establishments.

Major roles

"Culture Shock"

When Template:Data:Links is dancing at the Krusty Krab, during the Krusty Krab talent show, he shows a disturbed face while Incidental F4 yells out "What the?!" The two fancy fish then start tossing tomatoes from the salad bar at Squidward.

"Grooming Gary"

When he puts sunglasses on Muffsies the Snail's eyes, she shakes them off because she does not like them. Then, he puts on a smaller pair. When Template:Data:Links rants about how snails do not want to be treated like dress-up dolls, Muffsies puts the smaller pair of glasses on him as payback.

"Chum Fricassee"

When Squidward is working for Le Chum Bucket, Squidward's grandmother shows up and tells Squidward that he is not preparing the Fricassee right. She explains that if it is not properly cooked, it can cause stomach problems. He is one of the several customers who got angry at Squidward.

"Upturn Girls"

He appears at Upturn's as a disguise for two security fish that go after Template:Data:Links and Narlene.

Major roles in games

Employee of the Month
