Incidental F17[1], also known as Eugene, is an "F" incidental who first appears in the episode "Culture Shock."
Names

Description
He is a light teal fish with a tealish-green dorsal fin. He wears a blue suit over a white dress shirt with a black bow tie with matching blue pants that appear to be conjoined to the suit. In a majority of his few appearances, he has been shown to wear a long sleeved black colored suit instead of his normal blue suit, although this variant has never been considered to be a normal variant for him.
Eugene
He is a 3D video game model of Incidental F17 that has pimples, pink lips, and braces. He wears very large glasses, a dark purple collared shirt over a white undershirt, a bright orange apron, and dark teal shorts.

Major roles
"Culture Shock"
When Template:Data:Links is dancing at the Krusty Krab, during the Krusty Krab talent show, he shows a disturbed face while Incidental F4 yells out "What the?!" The two fancy fish then start tossing tomatoes from the salad bar at Squidward.
"Grooming Gary"

He appears at Upturn's as a disguise for two security fish that go after Template:Data:Links and Narlene.
