The female judge is a fish citizen who first appears in the episode "Something Smells" as a layer of Incidental 154. She also appears in the episodes "Slimy Dancing", "20,000 Patties Under the Sea" and "What Ever Happened to SpongeBob?."
Description
She is a light purple fish with blond beehive hair and pink lips and scales. She wears a pink dress. In "Something Smells", however, she's blue with gray hair.
