The female judge is a fish who first appears in the episode "Something Smells."
Description
She is a light purple fish with blond beehive hair and pink lips and scales. She wears a pink dress. In "Something Smells", however, she's blue with gray hair.
Role in episode
"Something Smells"
While not appearing as a separate character, she is the third layer of Incidental 154 when his body cracks twice after smelling SpongeBob's rancid breath.
"Slimy Dancing"
She appears as a judge of the dancing competition and gives SpongeBob and Squidward a perfect score.
"20,000 Patties Under the Sea"
It is revealed that she is married to the con man and SpongeBob and Patrick pay them to eat Krabby Patties.
