The judge[2] is a fish who first appears in the episode "Something Smells."
Description
She is a light purple fish with blond beehive hair and pink lips and scales. She wears a pink dress.
Role in series
"Something Smells"
When SpongeBob salutes Incidental 154, the former's rancid breath causes the latter's skin to crack twice, thus revealing that the female judge is Incidental 154's third skin layer.
"Slimy Dancing"
She appears as a judge of the dancing competition and gives SpongeBob and Squidward a perfect score.
"20,000 Patties Under the Sea"
SpongeBob and Patrick pay her and Incidental 118C to give Krabby Patties away.
"What Ever Happened to SpongeBob?"
She is seen as a citizen of New Kelp City in this episode.
"The Check-Up"
