The examiner is minor character who appears in "MuscleBob BuffPants," Comic Number 4, and "SpongeBob's Super Bowl Party."
Description
He is a light blue fish with yellow fins. He wears a red bowtie, and orange shorts with red flowers on them.
Role in series
The examiner has appeared in only one episode so far, as well as appearing in a book that was based on the episode he appeared in.
