The Exploding Chewing Gum is one of the prank items Frank sells at the Palace of Pranks in "Pranks a Lot." Anyone who eats it causes his / her head explode and only his / her bone is left. It costs $9.95.

Design

The box design is light blue with an yellow explosion drawing spelling in red Exploding Chewing Gum. The gum is green color.

Trivia

The Exploding Chewing Gum was first introduced to SpongeBob.
So far, Patrick is the only one seen eating it.
It could be a possible reference to the snapping gum where when someone puts their hands in the package, a mouse trap-like machine snaps at them.
