Description
Exploding Gum appears to resemble regular gum. The box for the Exploding Gum is aquamarine in color and has the words "EXPLODING GUM" written in red print with a light gold explosion banner, with a red border.
History
SpongeBob and Patrick had gone to the Palace of Pranks in order to find some gags to play on people. Exploding Gum is first seen when Frank showed SpongeBob and Patrick different kinds of gag toys. Frank manages to trick Patrick into eating a piece of the Exploding Gum which literally blows his head up. It is not seen again after that.

- The Exploding Gum is a reference to the famous shocking gum where the victim gets shocked when attempting to get a piece of gum.
