Plot

SpongeBob and Patrick are eating lunch at the Krusty Krab. While eating they start making ugly faces at each other and vomiting. Mr. Krabs rushes out of his office to see them making faces at each other along with the puke on the floor and tells them to stop. He then tells them a story about a man (Fred Rechid) who wouldn't stop sticking his tongue out. Hank got annoyed and shut his face in the freezer. His face got frozen with his tongue out, and he couldn't leave his house because Sanford and Deimos boarded up the doors and windows. The house was then delared abandoned and cowboy builders decided to demolish it and build a KFC on the site. After the building was complete, they found Fred Rechid's dead body to use as a substitute for chickens. It was then renamed KFF for Kentucky Fried Fred. SpongeBob and Patrick are terrified of this story and vow never to make faces again.

Later that day, SpongeBob and Patrick are seen trying hard not to make faces. However, they start smirking

about their attempts at doing this and eventually start laughing so hard their faces start contorting. They then realize that nothing happened to their faces while doing this and that Mr. Krabs was lying. SpongeBob then suggests they really put Mr. Krabs' myth to the test and they go somewhere in Nevada making faces.

Later that night, SpongeBob and Patrick are seen in a tent back outside SpongeBob's house making faces a long with a lot of noise. Squidward's eardrums eventually burst and he starts yelling at them to keep it down. SpongeBob then suggests to Patrick that they try sleeping through the night while holding a stupid face. Patrick agrees and they start doing this.

Later still, Hank sneaks into SpongeBob's house, grabbing SpongeBob and Patrick and dragging them to the freezer, resisting the temptation to shoot, strangle or kill them otherwise. Quickly he opened the freezer door, rammed their faces inside and slammed the door shut, leaving the pair to freeze.

The next day, SpongeBob and Patrick wake up and realize their faces are pushed into the freezer and both of them can't move their faces. They also have guns rammed up their butts. They start screaming and rush to Sandy's house for help. Sandy then starts giving them a face massage. However, this just makes their faces droop down to their chins, as well as giving Sandy frostbite. SpongeBob then goes to work at the Krusty Krab anyways.

At the Krusty Krab, SpongeBob causes a lot of ruckus as he tries to make Krabby Patties and keep anyone from looking at his face at the same time. However, eventually, Mr. Krabs finds out about SpongeBob's face freeze and face-pulling in Nevada because Patrick walked into the Krusty Krab with a contorted frozen face. Mr. Krabs turns white and dies.

Sandy didn't fare much better. She had to have her hands amputated due to the frostbite.

Trivia/Goofs

Due to the faces that SpongeBob and Patrick made, veiwers had varying judgements on the episode; claimed this to be one of the "weirdest episodes" and/or "funniest episodes" ever.
When SpongeBob gives the customer his food, his lips are not on the tray. In the next shot, they are. This customer spent the rest of the day with diarrhoea.
The Gary face SpongeBob first makes look similar to SpongeSnail from I Was a Teenage Gary also the face freeze that Mr. Krabs makes him look likes Moar Krabs from Jellyfish Hunter, The crocodile face Patrick makes him look like one of the bizzare faeces from the 1988 film, Beetlejuice.
- The face Patrick gets stuck with also vaguely resembles Totodile from Pokemon.
