Appearance
The fake health inspector is a large tan brown fish with a 5:00 shadow. He also appears to be bald and has a visible double chin. With a few short hairs on his head. He also has a scar on his face.
History
He was seen on TV where in Bikini Bottom, and he passed through various restaurants posing as a health inspector in order to obtain free food. He was eventually caught and arrested, announced on the Bikini Bottom News. The announcment said "and he's not this guy, he's real."
