The fancy anchovy is an anchovy who first appears in "SpongeBob LongPants."
Description
He is a light blue anchovy with blue eyelids and fins. He wears a blue bowtie, a brown suit, beige shirt and black shoes.
Role in series

He is seen with the male fancy fish and the female Incidental 2.
"Krusty Katering"
He is seen on a balcony in Ms. Mildred's mansion with Incidental 47. However, it seems like there is a duplicate of him that was sitting with Incidental CM16, as shown when Patrick destroys the table they were on. He later appears running in panic past the Incidental M3 of the band on the balcony during the food war.
