The fancy dandy fish is a character who appears in the episode "The Getaway."
Description
He is a purple colored fish, who wears a black suit with a white undershirt. He also wears a glass monocle on one eye, and a black top hat.
History
He appears to be hanging his clothes through his house, when Template:Data:Links and Stickyfins Whiting crash through.
