The fancy dandy fish is a character who appears in a few episodes starting with "That's No Lady."
Description
He is a purple fish who wears a black suit with a white undershirt, a glass monocle on one eye, and a black top hat.

He greets Patricia when "she" walks out of the Krusty Krab kitchen.

He is a customer at Fancy! seen enjoying a Krabby Patty. He begs for more when SpongeBob takes all the patties away.
