The Health Inspector is a purple fish. He wears a grey vest, blue shirt, darkpink tie, and brown pants. He also wears a hat and has a southern accent.

- When he was completey covered in the ick, his voice was different.
- He is one of three health inspectors that were shown in the series. The others are Health Inspector Yellowtail and the Health Inspector from the episode Greasy Buffoons.
