The fancy guy[1] is a wealthy man who won the Bikini Bottom Pet Show five times in a row until Template:Data:Links won the competition. He first appears in the episode "Grooming Gary," and is the owner of a snail named Foofie.

Description
He is an olive-tan fish with a light teal dorsal fin and a mustache. He wears a top hat, a tuxedo, a parasol, and a cravat. His appearance is considered to be rich and stylish.

He tells SpongeBob the only way to prove your pet's beauty is to win the pet contest.

He visits the Bikini Bottom Museum.

He visits the Chum Bucket.
