The fancy guy[1] is a wealthy man who won the Bikini Bottom Pet Show five times in a row until Template:Data:Links won the competition. He first appears in the episode "Grooming Gary," and is the owner of a snail named Foofie.

- In "Grooming Gary," he was named Charles.
Description
He is an olive-tan fish with a light teal dorsal fin and a mustache. He wears a top hat, a tuxedo, a parasol, and a cravat. His appearance is considered to be rich and stylish.
Role in series

He tells SpongeBob the only way to prove your pet's beauty is to win the pet contest.
"Are You Happy Now?"
He visits the Bikini Bottom Museum.
"Chum Fricassee"
He visits the Chum Bucket.
"Bumper to Bumper"
He appears in the film Goin' Bananas 3.
"Goodbye, Krabby Patty?"
He appears on Hogan Düp iced cream packaging.
"Out of the Picture"
At the very end, he looks at the "masterpiece" that is merely Template:Data:Links and Template:Data:Links squished against a bit of the demolished Krusty Krab's floor.
"Upturn Girls"
He can be seen walking around inside Upturn's shortly before Template:Data:Links and Narlene enter.
"UpWard"
He is shown when Lady Upturn follows him and others back into her mansion at The Famed Bikini Bottom Opera House.
