Filthy Phil lives on the third floor in Karate Island. He fought Sandy but lost hoplessly because
Sandy was wearing a glass helmet. He is green and apparently stinks. His lair is filled with mud and is really
dirty, He apparently died because he smelled him self. He is a caterpillar/worm like creature. He is the only
villain to die without Udon noticing.
NOTE: He didn't return to Karate Island's Revenge because he's dead.
