Filthy Phil lives on the third floor on Karate Island. He tried to fight Sandy by sending out filthy smells, but lost hopelessly because Sandy was wearing a glass helmet. He is green and stinks. His lair is filled with mud and is really dirty. He passed out because he smelled himself. He is fat and can't move his legs. The whole third floor is muddy all because of him.
