Filthy Phil lives on the third floor on Karate Island. He was tasked by Master Udon to stop anyone from getting to his chambers. When Sandy appeared on the 3rd level, he quickly warns her that no one has ever gotten pass him. When he fought Sandy, he erupted his pores, causing his body odor to infiltrate the win but Sandy's fresh air-dome helmet deflected the stench. He passed out because he got a whiff of his body odor ("Wow..I really DO stink!"). He is slimy and green and has really bad body odor and, because of his girth, he cannot move his legs.
