Filthy Phil lives on the third floor on Karate Island. He was tasked by Master Udon to stop anyone from getting to his chambers. When Sandy appeared on the third level, he quickly warns her that no one has ever gotten pass him. When he fought Sandy, he erupted his pores, causing his body odor to infiltrate the win but Sandy's fresh air-dome helmet deflected the stench. He, along with his partners, made their first and only appearance in "Karate Island".
