Filthy Phil is a fish villain who appears in the episode "Karate Island" and the video game Fists of Foam.
Description
He is an obese fish who is dark green on the back, sides, lips, and pupils. He is light green on his stomach and chest, and has lime fins.
Role in episode
Filthy Phil is one of the colleagues in Condo Island, and he is on the third floor of the Four Floors of Fear building. When Template:Data:Links reaches him, he tries to defeat her with his horrible body odor, but because of her helmet, she is not able to smell it and stands perfectly safe. The smell, however, comes to him and causes him to faint, allowing Sandy to get to the top floor of the building to save Template:Data:Links.
