The finback tough[1] also known as Pirate 9, is a muscular fish who debuts in “No Weenies Allowed.”
Description
He is a muscular, orange fish with a light blue dorsal fin, blue lips, and light orange arms. He wears a white shirt and black pants that cover up his feet. He also has two white bandages on the sides of his head.
