Fish with plate is a character who appears in the episode "Buried in Time."
Description
He is a purple fish who wears a white shirt that's tucked tightly into his pants, a pair of blue jeans, a pair of red and white shoes, along with a pair of glasses. He has brown hair, black eyebrows slightly hovering above his eyes, and a green dorsal fin with blue stripes.
Role in episode
He gives Template:Data:Links a plate to donate to the time capsule. He examines the plate, first chewing it, then puts it in his head as well as rubs it on his posterior, and finally moves around the ground with it on his bottom.
