Incidental CM18 is a character who appears in the episodes "The Bully" and "Mind the Gap."
Description
He is a flat kite-shaped light green flounder with a dark orange mustache, and has sideways light yellow eyes. He wears a light blue dress shirt, a dark blue tie, dark gray pants, and a dark gray hat with a blue stripe. Incidental CM18 shares the exact same appearance as this character.
