The Gas Station Attendants or Hillbillies (one of them called Lloyd) are characters featured in The SpongeBob SquarePants Movie and movie PC Game (they are also possibly deceased because there mouths were ripped off by Dennis).
Looks
They are very hillbilly like and wear hats. One is very tall and thin while another is shot and fat.
