The focused fish is a character that appears in "Hall Monitor."
Description
He looks similar to Harold Bill Reginald Scott excpt that he has a more focused looking face, longer body, and a longer dorsal fin. His purple spots are located near his hip while Harold's spot are located near his neck. He seems to be a very focused driver.
Role in episode
He breifly appears in the scene when SpongeBob acts like a traffic cop as one of the many drivers. He presumly got into an accident like the many other drivers due to SpongeBob's bad traffic cop skills.
