Marty McFluke is a teenage football player who first appears in the episode "The Chaperone." He goes to the Bikini Bottom High School. After a decade, he returned in the episode "Hello Bikini Bottom!" and since then has showed up more commonly on the series, making cameo appearances.

Description

He is a large muscular dark gray fish with orange hair. He wears a red football jersey with a "00" on it and wears black shorts as well.

Role in series

"The Chaperone"

When a bunch of anchovies at the prom start falling like a row of dominoes, they fall onto Marty but were not able to make him fall down due to his large size compared to them. He then looks at the anchovies with an upset face.

"Hello Bikini Bottom!"

He is seen in the crowd at Ned and the Needlefish's concert right before Template:Data:Links and Template:Data:Links show up on the stage instead.

"Goodbye, Krabby Patty?

He is with Incidental 95 and the keyboardist watching SpongeBob and Template:Data:Links brush their teeth in front of a mirror store.

"SpongeBob's Big Birthday Blowout"

He appears as one of the many guests at SpongeBob's birthday party. He tries to eat a birthday cake, but Template:Data:Links pulls it out of his mouth due to it being too early to celebrate. He later participates in a party game where someone charges into a large target on the wall. He causes two walls of SpongeBob's house to fall down while ramming into the target.

"Plankton's Intern"

He is one of the teenagers on the queue who try to apply for Template:Data:Links's job as his intern.

Trivia

• His name sounded similar to Marty McFly from the Back to the Future trilogy.
