Frank[1] is a fish who works as a lifeguard for Goo Lagoon. He first appears in the episode "Ripped Pants."
Description
He is a dark teal fish with faded blue lips and light orange fins. He wears a white tank top/sleeveless shirt and red shorts.
History
He first appears in the episode "Ripped Pants," where he rushes to save Template:Data:Links after the latter had crashed down with a wave and washed up on the beach. He was not amused to find out that he had faked the fall for his enjoyment.
In "Bubble Buddy," the beachgoers push his lifeguard stand over.
In "Friend or Foe," he appears in the group of people who want to know how Template:Data:Links and Template:Data:Links became rivals.
He appears in "The Inmates of Summer," going to the prison, known as Inferno Island. He appears again as a prisoner in "Back to the Past."
He appears as part of the angry mob in "Giant Squidward." He is seen as an angry Bikini Bottomite frequently.
