Frank (Born May 5, 1947) is a fish who is the owner of Palace of Pranks, a shop where SpongeBob is top customer.

According to SpongeBob, Frank is a master at pranks, and makes a living helping aspiring pranksters like SpongeBob and Patrick to get started on playing gags on others.
