He has a major appearance in "Pranks a Lot," and a minor appearence in "You Don't Know Sponge" as a checkout clerk at a magic shop. According to SpongeBob, Frank is a master at pranks, and makes a living helping aspiring pranksters like SpongeBob and Patrick to get started on playing gags on others.
