Frank is a fish who is the owner of Palace of Pranks, a shop where SpongeBob is the best customer and assumed apprentice of the expert prankster. Frank wears an eyepatch and is green in color. He has a major appearance in "Pranks a Lot," and a minor appearence in "You Don't Know Sponge" as a checkout clerk at a magic shop. According to SpongeBob, Frank is a master at pranks, and makes a living helping aspiring pranksters like SpongeBob and Patrick to get started on playing gags on others.
