Character
Frank is a fish who is the owner of Palace of Pranks, a shop where SpongeBob is the best customer and assumed apprentice of the expert prankster. Frank wears an eyepatch and is green in color. He has a major appearance in "Pranks a Lot," and a minor appearence in "You Don't Know Sponge" as a checkout clerk at a magic shop. According to SpongeBob, Frank is a master at pranks, and makes a living helping aspiring pranksters like SpongeBob and Patrick to get started on playing gags on others. At his shop, his products include:
- Fake Seanut Brittle (Snakes in a can)
- Hand Buzzer
- Fake Dollar
- Whoopie Cushion
- Invisible Spray
- Fake and REAL Vomit
- Exploding Chewing Gum
Frank is a green color. He wears a blue shirt and has brown pants. He has short gray hair, has an eyepatch on his left eye and got gray hair. His name rhymes with prank.

- Frank has more than one job since in "Pranks a Lot" he works at the Palace of Pranks and in "You Don't Know Sponge," he works at the Magic Shop.
