Frank is a fish who owns the store Palace of Pranks, a shop where Template:Data:Links is the best customer and assumed apprentice of the expert prankster.

Description

Frank is an olive green fish with light olive green arms, legs, and underside. He wears a light blue shirt and has dark brown pants. He has short gray hair, has an eyepatch on his left eye and has gray hair.

According to SpongeBob, Frank is a master at pranks, and makes a living helping aspiring pranksters like SpongeBob and Patrick to get started on playing gags on others. At his shop, his products include:

• Whoopie Cushion

Trivia

• Frank has more than one job since in "Pranks a Lot" he works at the Palace of Pranks and in "You Don't Know Sponge," he works at the Magic Shop.
