Frank the Guard is a fish that works for the Bikini Bottom Police Force.
Appearance
He works at the prison, and owns a Guard-Worm. He is is yellow and has a navy shirt and hat. He has a mustache as well.
History
He mistakes another man named Frank for him. He had a French accent in the episode Toy Store of Doom.
