He is a dark blue colored fish that has dark yellow fins and has a dark yellow mouth. He wears dark orange shorts with black flowers on them.
History
He measures the distance on how far the anchors from the anchor competition are thrown in yards. He seems to get crushed continuously because of all the anchors landing on him.
