Synopsis
It's a quiet day in the Star home. Bunny is cleaning around the house, and Patrick really needs to go to the bathroom, which ends up going awry when Tinkle refuses to cooperate and runs away into a nearby shed. Patrick and Bunny go after him, and the former calls Dr. Plumber to diagnose the issue. Dr. Plumber explains that Tinkle is a "toilet," and that he has given birth to 11 puppy toilets.
The Stars attempt to adapt to having more company in their humble abode than usual, but it quickly gets out of hand, with the toilets disrupting the show, and interrupting a Dr. Plankenstein and Pat-gor cutaway segment. The family is in complete disarray, and GrandPat wakes up to a complete mess downstairs. He tells his younger relatives that he must show the puppies "who's boss," and he potty trains them with a 13-chapter book, turning them into quite the well-behaved fellows.
As the puppies peacefully watch a waterfall on the Star TV set, Squidina decides to take them for a walk, but the further she marches on, more puppies begin to disappear to the point where there are none left. Patrick and Squidina call Bunny for help, and they get Tinkle to find the pups using the scent of their toilet bowl cleaner. The Star family reaches a warehouse, and when they walk in, they find all sorts of suspicious materials: fashion sketches, a sewing machine, and plumbing manuals. The family is suddenly trapped into a giant cage with GrandPat, who is using Tinkle's puppies to revive a fashion line he popularized years ago, which fell out of relevancy years prior. Tinkle gets so angry at this that he uses his sharp teeth to claw out of the cage and chase GrandPat, with the puppies also in pursuit. They rip off all of his high fashion and give him the "swirlie," putting an end to his buffoonery. After his family expresses their disappointment, GrandPat lands on a runway, naked, as Lady Upturn and former colleagues mock him.
Patrick, Squidina, Cecil, Bunny, Tinkle, and the baby toilets are now back at home, when Cecil suddenly realizes that the TV is gone. The doorbell then rings, and it turns out that the television had TV puppies, leaving everyone with more company.

Production notes
Amy Lewis:
- Lewis said that "this show is such a treat to paint for! Its style still shouts 'world of SpongeBob' because of the same shape and design language but has its own unique edge by being painted in watercolour instead of gouache or acrylic like SpongeBob."[8]

Trivia
General
- This episode's premiere, alongside the other three in its premiere week were simulcasted on Nicktoons.[10] Due to Nicktoons' spacings of commercial breaks, the episode effectively debuted on that network first.
- This episode was originally titled "10 and 1 Toilets." The on-screen credits use the original title.
- This episode was initially supposed to premiere on August 23, 2023 at 1:00pm, later 5:00pm, but was later pulled for unknown reasons.
- On its new date, it was originally going to premiere at 5:00pm, but it was moved to 4:00pm.
- This episode was paired up with a rerun of "Now Museum, Now You Don't" during the original American airing.[11]
Episode references
- When Tinkle is too angry for Patrick to use the bathroom, Patrick says that he will use the toilet at "the next gas station we visit." The Star family previously visited Gas Land in "Gas Station Vacation."
Cultural references
- This whole episode (from the title to the plot) is a parody of the 1961 animated film One Hundred and One Dalmatians.
- GrandPat's role in the episode appears to parody Cruella de Vil's in the movie's. GrandPat uses the baby toilets' parts to create "high latrine fashion," just as Cruella uses the dalmatians' fur to create her own black-and-white spotted fashion brand.
